United Against Eve-Teasing: Safeguarding Women’s Dignity

This plea addresses the concerning rise in eve-teasing incidents that plague our Indian society, instilling fear in the hearts of young girls, elderly women, and college students alike. Despite persistent gender sensitization campaigns and calls for women empowerment, society continues to view women as second-class citizens. We fail to recognize that women constitute half of our population, and their safety is crucial for our society’s existence. As India progresses rapidly, our society must develop in tandem, for safeguarding women is not merely their fight but a battle for the entire humanity’s well-being.
