Promoting Waste Segregation for a Cleaner and Greener Environment

In this letter, the author highlights the issue of littered streets filled with plastic waste and the lack of proper recycling practices. The detrimental impact on both animal health and the environment is emphasized. The author calls for the implementation of the 3R’s—reduce, reuse, and recycle—and proposes the introduction of jumbo bins in every society for effective waste segregation. By following these practices, the author encourages citizens to take responsibility for maintaining a clean and green environment, ultimately preserving Mother Nature.
